Culinasian Foods Inc., established on August 30, 2016, is a Canadian, premium manufacturer specializing in fresh and frozen Asian-style, traditional noodles and wrappers. The noodles and wrappers are packaged for the retail market as well as the foodservice, institution and bulk markets.
With over 84 years in the noodle manufacturing industry of the company principals combined, the company has expertise in all critical areas of launching a successful noodle manufacturing operation: product formulation and reverse engineering of competitors’ noodle products, sales in both ethnic and non-ethnic retail and foodservice, institutional markets, distribution relationships, understanding of food safety programs and implementation, as well as equipment maintenance. Our comprehensive facility set-up and state of the art machinery meets the FSCC 22000 food safety standards which paves the way for efficient food processing controls, stringent hygiene standards, and for premium quality noodles.
